两项团体标准正式发布


由上海市计量协会电力专业委员会组织、上海海能信息科技有限公司任主编单位、国家三大电网的部分网省公司参加编制的《输电线路动态增容监测装置检验规范》( T/SMA 0018-2021)、《变压器动态负荷智能管理装置检验规范》( T/SMA 0019-2021),于 2021年 8月 2日正式发布、 2021年 8月 16日起执行。

本公司长期致力于输变电设备动态负荷管理的技术研究、产品研发及方案策划,通过承担科技项目和执行新技术示范应用项目等方式,在国家电网、南方电网、蒙西电网及企业电网获得了大量的挂网运行案例,积累了丰富的产品设计、研发、制造、检测及现场实施、运行维护的经验,形成了技术先进、产品成熟、方案可复制的产品体系。输变电设备动态负荷管理产品通过了中电联鉴定,获得了国家重点新产品证书、多种科技奖项等,取得了多项发明、实用专利及软著证书。

为了更好地引导专业市场发展方向,规范输变电设备动态负荷管理产品的检验标准化流程,本公司向上海市计量协会申报立项,携手科技示范项目合作公司的专家学者组成编委会编制这两项团体标准。上海市计量协会电力专业委员会先后组织了四次专家评审会,三十二位专家与会并提出了修改意见;编委会结合专家意见和建议,组织了九次编写与修改内部讨论会;向十五家专业单位、二十七位专家发出书面征求意见函,采纳反馈意见并完成修改。编制工作历时一年,形成送审稿,报送上海市计量协会。

该两项检验规范的发布和执行,为推进输变电设备运行负荷的精细化、智能化管理,为有效解决因静态热稳定约束而造成的电气设备短时过负荷运行、 N-1/N-2方式下送变电断面负荷卡阻等问题,为量化评估输变电设备的安全带负荷能力和安全运行时间、挖掘局域电网部分设备的运行潜力、提升区域电网安全运行的综合技术经济效益,提供了规范性专业指导文件。
